On 6 July 2025, Chișinău was buzzing with more than just summer vibes — the city was alive with democracy!

The inaugural DemFest Moldova brought together citizens, politicians, civil society actors, young leaders, and international partners to discuss the future of Moldova.

Politics wasn’t behind closed doors — it took place in the heart of the city through debates, Q&A sessions, and engaging conversations on topics ranging from sustainability to the role of youth in politics.

The day concluded with music from SATOSHI and a shared hope that DemFest will become an annual tradition — celebrating and shaping democracy for years to come.
